Full Service Planning - Single Event

With full service planning, we are hands on with your event from concept to completion. While full service planning can be adjusted to meet the needs of your event, our base full service package includes the following:

  • Venue sourcing and contract negotiation

  • Event concept and theme development

  • Full vendor sourcing and management

  • Catering and bar coordination

  • Event design and décor planning

  • Brand integration (signage, printed materials, collateral)

  • Floorplan and guest flow strategy

  • Timeline creation and master production schedule

  • RSVP management + guest communications

  • Entertainment booking and coordination

  • Audio/visual planning and oversight

  • On-site event management

  • Load-in, event execution, and breakdown supervision

  • Post-event reconciliation

*Final cost of services will be determined following an initial consultation. Cost influences can include size and duration of event, responsibilities of event planner and client’s overall event expectations.

Full Service Planning - Yearly Contract

Designed for organizations that host multiple events per year and are looking for an experienced professional to handle the day-to-day operations of each event on a year-round basis. Yearly contracts include all services listed under ‘Full Service Planning - Single Event’ and can be customized to meet the needs of your organization. Pricing will vary based on the number of events hosted per year, event type, estimated number of guests per event, among other factors.

Event Consulting

Designed for organizations with the capacity to execute the planning but need guidance in developing new events or reimagining existing ones. With this service, you will receive

  • Initial strategy session + goal alignment

  • Budget creation

  • Event concept and theme development (if applicable)

  • List of recommended vendors

  • Three 1-hour planning meetings to review progress, answer questions and provide guidance as needed (not including initial strategy session + goal alignment meeting)

  • Post-event reconciliation

$2,500

*Please note this package does not include any onsite event services. Client is responsible for hiring all vendors, set-up and break-down. Up to two additional planning meetings can be added for $250 per meeting.

Event Coordination

For organizations that need assistance with the final details and on-site event help. We step in eight weeks prior to your event to assist with the following:

  • Site visit to finalize floor plan, guest flow strategy and set-up details

  • Timeline creation and master production schedule

  • Guest communication for event related questions in the eight weeks prior to event

  • Confirmation of final details with all vendors

  • Point of contact for all vendors

  • On-site event management including guest check-in

  • Load-in, event execution, and breakdown supervision

  • Post-event reconciliation

*Event coordination clients have the option to add up to three 1-hour planning meetings for general planning questions at a rate of $250 per meeting.
